Furzileas Farm aims to provide a friendly yet professional establishment for the horse/pony and rider of all levels, providing stabling, grazing and use of the outdoor all weather arena and horse walker. We are able to take horses for short term holiday cover or for rehabilitation following injury or illness, we can also offer backing of young stock, With experience of over 40 years in all aspects of competition, breeding, training and producing horses and ponies at all levels we can care for all types, shapes and sizes from the 11hh mounted games pony to big dressage warmbloods.
We can offer Part livery, Full Livery, Sales Livery and training livery by arrangement.
We also have a Flock of Suffolk pedigree Sheep, we have had a flock of commercial sheep for over 30 years, back in 2013 we decided to go pedigree, we went with a breed of sheep that has been a family favorite for a number of years, the suffolk, with the sheep we go for quality over quantity, we have a small flock but we are always looking to improve it. Throughout the year we travel around the local country shows to take the sheep out to the showing (Otley, Askwith, Arthington), we have always come away with ribbons and prizes. We sell our Tups from the feild weather its a private sale or in the markets, so that buyers can have the confidence that what you are see is the true animal and is what you are getting.
